Behind this lies decades of experience in the field of woodworking and machines.
- Ingo Becker (Managing Partner). Its beginnings go back to 1990, when Mr. Becker sold sanding shoes, graphite sliding coatings and abrasives to carpenters/carpenters. Further stations included a sheathing company in the Black Forest, 2 laminate flooring manufacturers and my own company in China (since 2003). In China, Mr. Becker helped set up a laminate flooring factory and the corresponding sales structure. He also entered into a partnership with (quote) “the most honest Chinese in the world”. Wear parts for woodworking machines were and are manufactured. After establishing the local market, the international sales channel was set up with its own office in Beijing.
The daily success reports gave us an enormous boost.
In 2013, the two partners agreed that the world's most demanding market, namely Europe, should now be addressed. Here, in addition to the good quality of the products, the focus should be on the smooth process (from the inquiry to after delivery) for the customer. - Patricia Xu Ying (partner): Mr. Becker's wife has a degree in law and a printing background. She speaks several languages (including reasonable German). She is responsible for all administrative matters in the company. She also plays a significant role in the success of the company and has invested heavily.
- Yao Zhe Min (Partner): Mr. Yao is the majority shareholder of the factory in JiangMen (Guang Dong Province). A self-made man who, coming from humble beginnings, can now confidently be described as a “very successful entrepreneur”. Coming from a humble background, he remains a humble, reliable and honest person today. Simply down-to-earth - just like the woodworkers. The constant further development of the company and the product quality - in addition to the support from the employees - is the guarantee for perfection.
Becker & Xu GmbH was founded in Germany in September 2014. The idea behind it is to give smaller companies the opportunity to easily and conveniently purchase the inexpensive wearing parts we produce. The GmbH is fully structured according to German law and has a solid basis.
The extensive warehouse of the most common products in Sinzheim (near Baden-Baden) guarantees fast, affordable and convenient delivery of all ordered goods.
Becker & Xu GmbH imports the goods from the factory and can therefore deliver very quickly and conveniently. This also ensures the warranty under German law.
